Our Story

           In the Summer of 2014 Barrett Fox and his wife Julia decided to purchase some rental property in Marion, IL.  To make this purchase  possible we formed an LLC and purchased our first commercial building.  Thanks Brian at  Peoples Bank ha! The building we purchased was located beside some vacant land that was formerly a mobile home community. The land was placed on the market so we acquired it. With nothing more than a rental home on the parcel and a bunch of bare concrete pads we started kicking around ideas to generate revenue. We purchased 6 shipping containers and placed them on the pads, for almost 6 months not a call one to rent them.  Then one day a friend called, “Hey,  we have had a leak at our home can you bring us some of those pods you have  to get our things in the dry”?   We responded with yes we will  get a wrecker company to bring them right away!

          Then the entrepreneurial childhood kicked in and the light bulb came on and we purchased our first truck, a 1986  S1900  rollback Most of us rode something similar to school in the form of a bus for our younger years.  This truck was a dandy, it came to from a farmer Paul Ray White in Cisne, IL that took extra good care of it and it ran like the wind and delivered containers day in and day out with little to no problems. The truck is personally known  to us as “Paul Senior”.

          The rest is history, we now have 4 delivery trucks/trailers and over 100 containers in our rental fleet Customers all the way from Colorado to the Bahamas and every point in between .We live by a simple motto “Right is Right and Wrong is Wrong” and  at the end of the day our secret to success has been hard work and great customer service with a willingness to make things happen!
